BOOKING POLICY.
at amy aesthetics, we value your time and ours.
to ensure the best possible experience for all clients, please read the following booking terms carefully.
Bookings
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which is redeemable toward treatment or product on the day. If you are deemed not medically suitable for treatment after consultation, your deposit will be refunded within 48–72 hours.
Consultation Fee
All new patients are required to attend an initial consultation before proceeding with treatment. This may occur on the same day as treatment or as a separate appointment.

A $50 consultation fee applies for separate consultations. This fee covers your appointment time, assessment, medical history review, and personalised treatment planning.

The $50 fee is fully redeemable toward any treatment or skincare purchase within 12 weeks.

If you are not medically suitable for treatment or treatment is declined by the practitioner, the fee will be refunded in full.

If you choose not to proceed with treatment, the fee is non-refundable but will remain as a credit on your file.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. With more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit or consultation fee will remain on file and can be used toward future treatments or product purchases. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your fee or deposit being forfeited. If you booked online, you may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours beforehand. No changes can be made within 24 hours.
Failure to attend
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in your deposit or consultation fee being forfeited. Two no-shows without contact may result in being unable to book future appointments at Amy Aesthetics.
Late arrivals
Please aim to arrive on time so we can make the most of your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and forfeit your deposit or consultation fee. This is at the discretion of staff and dependent on the day’s schedule.
Emergencies
We understand that life happens. In the case of a genuine emergency, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Amy Aesthetics.
Child Policy
As a mum myself, I completely understand how hard it can be to attend appointments alone. Your little ones are always welcome at Amy Aesthetics. Please note: the clinic currently does not have ramp access, which may make bringing a pram difficult.
