Where is your price list?
In Australia, cosmetic medical treatments are regulated by AHPRA and the TGA. These regulations mean we are unable to advertise prices if they relate to a restricted medication. At Amy Aesthetics, every treatment is tailored to the individual. This ensures you only pay for what you truly need, and that your treatment plan is designed with your goals, safety, and natural results in mind. We believe in complete transparency, which is why all pricing is discussed openly during your consultation. At this time, we’ll assess your needs, recommend suitable options, and provide a clear outline of costs before proceeding. There are no hidden costs - you’ll always know exactly what to expect.
Where are you located?
Amy Aesthetics is located at Suite 11, 22 Haynes Street, Kalamunda WA 6076, inside Kalamunda Village.

You’ll find us upstairs on the left, right next to the Barber.

There is convenient parking available nearby along Haynes Street, or via the back of the building along Stirk Street. If you have any specific access requirements, please let us know at the time of booking and we’ll be happy to assist.
What are your opening hours?
Amy Aesthetics is by appointment only to ensure every client receives personalised care in a private, uninterrupted setting.
Clinic hours vary, however we are open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Please note that hours may vary week to week. The best way to view current availability is through our online booking system.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Yes, absolutely. At Amy Aesthetics we understand that coming to a treatment can sometimes feel overwhelming, and we welcome you to bring a support person if that helps you feel more comfortable.
Children are also welcome in the clinic - as a mum herself, Nurse Amy understands that life is busy and sometimes childcare isn’t an option, so you’re always supported here.
Where can I find your before and after photos?
Due to AHPRA and TGA advertising regulations, we are unable to display before and after photos on our website or social media. These rules are in place to ensure that all cosmetic medical advertising remains responsible and not misleading.

However, during your consultation at Amy Aesthetics, Nurse Amy will be able to share relevant clinical photography with you in a private setting from previous patients. This allows you to see real examples of treatment outcomes, while ensuring that all images are shown in the correct context and with patient consent.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, all major credit and debit cards, and cash in clinic. For purchases over $200, we also offer Afterpay, allowing you to spread your payments across manageable instalments. This option is available for both treatments and skincare.
How do I know what to book in for?
If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, don’t worry - you don’t need to have it all figured out before booking. At Amy Aesthetics, all new patients begin with a consultation. This gives Nurse Amy the opportunity to understand your skin concerns, medical history, and personal goals before recommending a tailored treatment plan.

When booking as a new patient, simply select “Consultation Only” or “Consultation with Treatment Time”. Choosing treatment time simply allows extra time in case you decide to go ahead with a procedure on the day, but there is never any obligation to proceed. Consultations are a necessary first step, and you will always have the time and space to decide what feels right for you.

If you’re a returning client, you’re welcome to book directly for treatments already discussed with Nurse Amy, or schedule a review if you’d like to explore something new.

If you're ever unsure, please reach out to us via email or phone and we can guide you in the right direction.
